Refund policy

At Holly Rose Co., we take great pride in creating slow-made, handmade clothing in small batches. We kindly ask for your understanding when it comes to returns.

If your item isn’t quite right, we gladly accept unworn and unwashed clothing for store credit/exchange or a refund on full-priced items within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in original condition, free of scents, and with all tags attached

  • Original shipping and customs fees are non-refundable

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping 

  • Sale and sample items are final sale

  • Items purchased with store credit are considered final sale and cannot be returned again

  • Items cannot be return due to country custom charges

Because every piece is handmade in limited quantities, your understanding helps us continue creating thoughtful, sustainable clothing for motherhood and beyond.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@hollyroseco.ca. We’ll review your request and work with you to make it right.

Cancellations

Because our dresses are made and shipped in small batches, we cannot cancel orders once they have been placed. If you have any issues with your order, please reach out to us right away — we’ll do our best to help.
