Welcome to Holly Rose Co. By accessing or purchasing from our website (hollyroseco.ca), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our site or placing an order.

1. General Information

Holly Rose Co. is proudly based in Calgary, Alberta. Every dress we sell is handmade in small batches using natural fibres like organic cotton and linen. All of our materials are sourced within Canada.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time by posting updates on this page. Your continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Products & Availability

Our clothing is slow-made and produced in small quantities. We do our best to accurately display product details, colours, and availability, but slight variations may occur. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Provincial taxes, where applicable, will be added at checkout.
Orders are considered final once placed — we do not accept cancellations due to the small-batch nature of our production.

4. Shipping

We currently ship within Canada only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before you complete your purchase. Processing times are typically 2–3 business days, unless otherwise noted (for pre-orders or special launches).

Once your package leaves our studio, it is handled by the carrier. We cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout — we are not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Because our clothing is handmade in limited quantities, all sales are final. However, we do accept unworn, unwashed items for store credit under the following conditions:

  • Request must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving your order

  • Item must be free of scents, stains, and damage, and returned in original condition

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Items purchased with store credit are final sale

To request store credit, email us at info@hollyroseco.ca with your order number. Once we receive your return, we will issue your store credit by email.

6. Care Instructions

Our fabrics are not pre-shrunk. We recommend gently washing in cold water, giving your dress a light shake, then hanging or laying flat to dry. Avoid harsh detergents or bleach. Holly Rose Co. is not responsible for shrinkage due to washing or drying.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Holly Rose Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, products, or services.
